IGN Tech guru Scott Lowe explains the new 55″ OLED HDTV from the company LG. Short for “Organic Light Emitting Diode,” this tech is still in development, but is essentially a brighter, more vibrant display. While Sony’s new PS Vita uses an OLED display, it’s questionable if OLED TV’s will ever hit retail markets (not to mention it’ll run you $8000). Polaroid has officially joined the Android family, showcasing their new point and shoot camera featuring the Android OS in the back end. A fully functional Android marketplace is included, as with the abilities to check Gmail and use wifi.
